How do I get started?
The first steps are to set up your organisation, add team structure and build your first schedule. Request a demo while commercial plans are being finalised.
Does each organisation have its own address?
Yes. Each organisation uses a workspace-specific address, such as yourteam.teamfables.com. Members sign in through the correct workspace.
Where do I sign in if my employer already uses TeamFables?
Use your employer's workspace address or the invitation link they sent. You can also use Find my workspace.
Can one person belong to several organisations?
Access depends on active memberships. Each organisation has a separate workspace and sign-in context.
Can I manage more than one location?
TeamFables supports locations and departments. Commercial plan limits will be confirmed before a subscription commitment.
Can employees request open shifts?
Yes. Eligible employees can request open shifts and managers can review and decide on those requests.
Does TeamFables have a time clock?
Yes. TeamFables supports clock and attendance workflows. Device and location requirements can depend on your organisation settings.
Can employees request leave?
Employees can submit leave requests while authorised managers review requests and balances.
Does TeamFables process payroll?
No. TeamFables prepares approved worked-time information for CSV export. It does not issue payslips, handle payments or calculate all statutory deductions.
Is there an Android app?
TeamFables has an Android-first employee experience. Contact the team for verified distribution and device requirements.
